Volúpia* Cachaça appeared in 1946. It is prepared at 'Green Pond' ('Lagoa Verde') sugar-mill, which is located in Alagoa Grande, a town in the swampy part of the state of Paraíba, at about 110 Km from the capital city Joao Pessoa
