Historie
Projekt byl postaven v roce 2018 a začal jako spolupráce mezi rodinou Linge z Berling, přímými potomky slavné haitské rumové dynastie, a La Maison & Velier, společným podnikem La Maison du Whiskey ve Francii a Velier v Itálii.
Distillerie de Port-au-Prince se nachází na místě, které se kdysi nazývalo Habitation Sarthe Providence.
