English: Public limited company; the company started on the 1st day of June 1891, its co-members are: Miksa Grünfeld and Vilmos Duschinsky, owners of liqueur, rum, spirits and vinegar production businesses who are residents of Budapest without a license. The company is represented by the co-members with equal rights.
