History
Founded in 1635 by Jacques Du Parquet, nephew of Belain d'Esnambu. It was destroyed in 1902. Victor Depaz rebuilt distillery.

At the foot of the Montagne Pelée volcano since 1630, more than 50,000 people visit the DEPAZ distillery each year. It has more than 5,000 barrels in its aging cellar.
